SUPPORT MY PROJECT !

High fashion meets Hirajuku street style.

THE PROJECT

I am working on the beginnings of my new label self titled “Madeline Tait”. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to create beautiful, wearable and on trend clothing for every consumer.

I am currently designing and producing a 20 piece sample range for winter 2011, I am due to showcase my designs in early October to an audience of buyers, fashionistas and general fashion lovers.

I have a strong background in fashion after entering many fashion design competitions in my high school years, completing an advanced diploma in Fashion Design and working for various fashion designers over the past 3 years. I know the ins and outs of a how a fashion business should run and I help successful fashion design businesses achieve their targets and goals.

There are so many costs in creating and showing a range and I need all the help I can get. This project is something I do part time as I need to keep my full time job to pay for everyday expenses. I work on my business every night and on weekends doing marketing, business planning, designing, patternmaking and sewing.

This label is just the start of many to come; I want to create menswear, home ware, diffusion lines, collaborations and haute couture. This is just a few of the dreams that will come to reality with the support and grounding from the people around me.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

I have asked for help with funding to start my lifelong project as it is almost impossible to do any of this without help and backing. I all ready spend most of my pay on buying things for my business but it is just not enough to create the quality garments that I want to represent my brand.
